Returns

We understand if you change your mind! If you are not satisfied with your order we would be more than happy to accept returns for a store credit within 14 days of your purchase for all unworn jewelry in their original condition.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
• Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item back to us. You must provide us with a tracking number to ensure that your order reaches us. Any orders returned without a tracking number will not be accepted for store credit if lost.
